Coconut Lemon Smoothie
Gluten free and yields 1 serving.

Ingredients:
8 ounces chilled coconut water
1/2 lemon, peeled and seeded
3 tablespoons dried coconut
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 scoop protein (Dream Protein Creamy French Vanilla)

Preparation:
Blend ingredients until smooth, drink, and enjoy!
