Spiced Peach Smoothie
Dairy and gluten free. Yields 1 serving.

Ingredients:
1 cup chilled, unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 fresh, ripe peach unpeeled, halved and pitted or 2/3 cups frozen peach slices
1 scoop protein powder (Dream Protein creamy french vanilla)
1 heaping tablespon soaked chia seeds
1 tablespoon grated ginger root
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Preparation:
Blend ingredients until smooth, drink, and enjoy!
