DR. ANthony Vanderpool DC
Background
Chiropractic dramatically changed Dr. Vanderpool’s life when he was only 10 years old. He had developed severe scoliosis after an experience with cancer at the age of two. He received regular chiropractic care as an alternative to surgery; his scoliosis was almost completely reversed. This experience influenced his decision to become a chiropractor. Upon completing a pre-med degree, Dr. Vanderpool studied at Palmer College of Chiropractic, where he received a doctorate. He practiced in Phoenix, Arizona, for two years before moving to Charleston with his wife and baby daughter in 1997.
Since moving to Charleston, Dr. Vanderpool has opened Natural Health Center, now has four children and completed post-graduate training in scoliosis recovery, nutritional care and homeopathy. Dr. Vanderpool is dedicated to helping others to heal in the same way he was helped.
